We understand that fast, secure delivery is crucial when it comes to your business equipment. That’s why Money Counters ensures reliable nationwide shipping across South Africa.

📦 Delivery Timeframes

  • Major Cities: 1–3 business days

  • Regional & Remote Areas: 2–5 business days
    Tracking details will be emailed or SMSed once your order is dispatched.

🛒 Order Fulfilment

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

📍 Where We Deliver

We ship anywhere in South Africa using reputable couriers like The Courier Guy and RAM.
No international delivery is available at this time.

💸 Shipping Fees

  • Flat Rate: R150 per order, nationwide

  • FREE Shipping: On all orders over R1,500

  • Some large/heavy equipment may include a freight surcharge—this will be calculated at checkout.

🏢 Collection Available

Prefer to collect? Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your order from our Johannesburg warehouse once ready.

❗ Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery or contact you directly. After multiple failed attempts, a re-delivery fee may apply.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve it promptly.
